early does Exquisite Town Car require a reservation to be made?
While we will
do everything to accommodate guests with short notice, we
encourage people to make
their transportation reservations just as soon as they find their itinerary.
Although our reservations can be made 24 hours a day 7 days a week,
please allow us at least 48 hours prior to your arrival for on-line
reservations. If you are arriving to Orlando within 48 hours, please
call us directly 407-739-6278.

How and where
do we find our driver when we arrive at Orlando International Airport?
Your driver
will Meet & Greet
you at the baggage claim area at Orlando International Airport with
your name on a sign. If you do not see your driver, do not panic! Just
give us a call at 407-739-6278 and we’ll locate them
for you.
- Can we request car
seat or
booster? What is the charge if any?
Yes you can
request car seats and boosters. They are available at a cost of $10.00 each, when you ride with
Exquisite Town Car.
- When
to use a car
seat?
Car seats are
used for children who
weigh from 10 kg (22 lb.) until 18 kg(40 lb.), generally from about age
1 to 4 1/2 years.
- When to use a
booster seat?
Booster seats
are used for children
who weigh 18 kg (40 lb.) or more.
- Does
Exquiste Town Car
allow a quick stop on the way to Disney and Universal area resorts?
Yes, Exquisite Town Car
allows a 10 min grocery for a charge of $15.00 stop for all round trip reservations as long as a
request is made at the time of the reservation (Not valid for limousines - $25.00 additional).
- When
do we pay for
our
transportation?
When you reach
your destination, you
can pay your driver the round trip fare. Payments can be made through
cash, credit cards or traveler’s check ( No personal Checks). The
driver then will issue you a receipt.
- What
is the procedure to confirm
our return pick up from resort back to the airport?
Your return
schedule is based on the
information you provided us when you made your reservation and is made
before you actually get to Orlando. The driver who brings you to your
resort will then attempt to confirm it with you should you choose to
decide. If you are unable to decide at that time or wish to change the
pre-arranged time, you can call us any time at 407-739-6278.
- Does
Exquiste Town Car
provide transportation service to other attractions such as Universal
Studios, Sea World, Kennedy Space Center, Busch Gardens, Port Canaveral and other
destinations?
Yes, Exquisite Town Car is a
complete transportation's service company. We provide transportation to
anywhere our guests wish to go.
- We
have multi-family members
coming from different parts of the country and arriving on the same
day, but at a different time. We wish to ride together to Disney. How
can we arrange this with Exquisite Town Car?
If the time
spread between flights
are not too far apart and you do not mind waiting for your other
family. All you need to do when filling out our reservation form is to
provide us with name and flight information of the flight that’s
arriving the latest and instruct your other family members who are
arriving early to meet up with you and your driver at the baggage claim
area.
